      Faculty Guide: OHM Activation Codes

      This guide is intended for faculty who have adopted a Lumen OHM course and selected the OHM Course Activation Codes payment model.

      Steps for Faculty

      1. Order Lumen OHM activation codes as a required material for your course through your campus bookstore. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@lumenlearning.com  

      2. On your syllabus, list your Lumen OHM activation code as a required material for purchase from your campus bookstore and also advise students how to find their OHM course content, whether through your Learning Management System or by directly going to https://ohm.lumenlearning.com.    


        Sample Messages:

        Message 1: Example of LMS integrated OHM
        The College Algebra (OHM Bundle) Course Activation Code is a required material in this course. This product is only available for purchase at our school bookstore. To find our OHM course content, log into our Canvas course site. The OHM assessments are located in the assignment area.

        Message 2: Example of OHM Direct Log In
        The Lumen OHM Generic Course Activation Code is a required material in this course. This product is only available for purchase at our school bookstore. To find our OHM course content, navigate to https://ohm.lumenlearning.com. Click on "Enroll in a New Course."  Enter in our course ID and enrollment key:

        course ID: 123455 
        enrollment key: MathIsCool!

        Follow the prompts to enroll in our OHM course. 

      3. Use the Student Guide (see below) for instructions on how students enter their activation codes. Also advise students how to find their OHM course content, whether through your Learning Management System or by directly going to https://ohm.lumenlearning.com.
