I paid but I still cannot access the assessments

Common Errors

Frequently we see payments blocked due to an incorrect CVC # or if your bank has declined the charge. This charge may temporarily appear as pending on your bank statement before being removed. You will need to try to attempt this transaction again with the correct information.

If you believe that you have paid correctly and still see a Pay Now option within an assessment please submit a request to our support team at http://support.lumenlearning.com/

 


Depending on your Institution's pay settings you can either enter an activation code or purchase directly through one of our assessments. 

If you decide to pay directly you can select the option "Pay Now" when you click into a graded assignment.

 This will populate a pay screen to where you can enter a credit card.

Once a successful payment is made you will have full access to the assessments within your course section immediately. We will not email you an activation code, just a receipt.
