How do I get a refund on my purchase?

This article contains information about our return policy for students who purchase Lumen One, Waymaker, and OHM directly from Lumen Learning .

If within 15 days of purchase from Lumen Learning, we provide refunds: 

• we stop providing our Services to you for a reason that’s not laid out in our Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
• you submit a request for refund of a payment you made directly to us within 15 days of purchase.

We are not obligated to provide a refund for any other reason.
