If you are having issues redeeming the Lumen One access code purchased in your bookstore, please check that the access code has been entered correctly. If you are still unable to redeem your access code, please submit a support request with the following details:
- Your name and school email address
- The name of your school
- The access code your are trying to redeem
- The error message you see when trying to redeem the code. Screenshots are very helpful.
