Supported Devices and Browsers

This article summarizes how Lumen Learning's products are designed to work with devices and browsers.

Lumen Learning's products are designed to work on a variety of devices from computers to phones and tablets. We test to ensure a great experience for the most common devices.

Desktop & Laptop Browsers

Our products are supported on the most recent version of the following desktop and laptop browsers:

  • Google Chrome 
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Apple Safari 

Note: Some courses delivered in Moodle are not supported in Safari. If you are prompted with an unsupported browser message, please switch to Chrome, Firefox or Edge. If you experience any issues on a supported browser, please make sure you are on the latest browser version. 

Mobile Browser Support

We strive to provide a responsive experience on mobile device browsers. The following mobile browsers are supported on common iOS and Android devices:

  • Chrome 
  • Firefox
  • Edge
  • Safari (iOS only) 

Note: Some courses delivered in Moodle are not supported on iOS devices. If you see an unsupported browser message, please switch to Chrome, Firefox or Edge on a desktop or laptop. If you experience any issues on a supported browser, please make sure you are on the latest browser version. 

Access via Learning Management System (LMS) Apps

We recommend accessing your course by signing in directly to your campus LMS portal. Our courses are not supported when accessing via LMS apps.
